Great & Convenient
These are very convenient for Optimal Aminos on the go!
Best supplement I’ve ever used.
If you’re over 60 you should take 2 or 3 scoops of this every day. No other supplement I have ever used has had more of an impact on my body. I was losing muscle and getting weaker. I got plenty of exercise, but I’m not a gym rat. After a few months of optimal amino I started getting stronger and building more muscle. I feel so much better and look better too. Get this product it delivers!
Horrible Metallic Taste
I've tied a lot of horrible tasting supplements, but this stuff is hard to finish. Unfortunately, I can't comment on the results.
