What happened? These Large aren't the same as past Large or even other Large from same order!

I have been ordering and wearing TBô underwear for 4 years, my first order I placed for XL, they were too big, since then I have always gotten L, in this order I got 12 pair of the surf the web blue boxer briefs size Large and 6 pair of the pirate black trunks size Large. The trunks are perfect fit as usual, but the boxer briefs are loose, I thought it might just be a single pair, but I have worn all 3 from a 3 pack and they are all just too big. I don't typically return anything so I am not sure what to do. I don't know the return policy and I don't want to have to pay for shipping, to return an item when I ordered the same size I always order.
I hesitate to contact customer service because my past attempts to contact TBô customer service has not been great.
As much as I like their products, I have found their customer support to be much less helpful, good product terrible customer support.

So here I sit with 3 pair I know can't be returned (I have wore them) and 9 pair still new in package, but based on past bad customer service, I don't know if I should just wear loose underwear, give them away or try to deal with customer support.. 😫
